Okay I was in hurry to post this in time for *UKTara's Labyrinth Contest [link] ! I rushed the original post and just put the credits so now here goes my comments.

I have a story to go with this which I will post separately that is not for the contest. However I am typing with one hand right now because I'm hooked up to a heart rate and oxygen monitor right now, so the story won't be finished this morning. Definitely later though.

This was definetly a learning experience for me. I got some new techniques by playing around with Photoshop CS3's features, and figured out it can do things that my older versions can't.

I originally wanted this to be a digital painting. I was painstakingly painting every brick in different shades of blue. Anyway my small business ended up taking priority and suddenly there was three days left for the contest and all I had were a bunch of blue bricks! So I threw something together quickly, never saved it, and went to bed. Apparently the next morning my computer was rebooted while I was asleep... Result? All that work had vanished. So I threw this together yesterday as a photomanipulation. This is the result. There are some things I'm not happy with, but I'm content for now.

I have a stick up my butt about wanting a daily deviation very badly. I thought if I digitally painted this it just might happen. Alas no digital painting, and I probably won't get a DD.
